How do I manually assign incoming leads to agents?

Office or team account admins can manually assign leads to agents in the office as they come in through the Dashboard.

In order to capture or manually assign leads, you must have HomeFollowup included in your plan and Lead Sync forms placed on your website to capture leads.

Follow the steps below to manually assign leads:

  1. While logged into your account click on Dashboard tab the top of the screen.
  2. As leads come in they will be displayed under the Latest Leads portion of the dashboard.
    (Note: to collapse/show leads you can click on Latest Leads)
  3. To assign a lead to an agent, simply select the agent's name from the drop-down menu under Actions and press Go.
  4. The selected agent will receive an email notification stating they've been assigned a lead.
