How do I setup a rule to forward showing notifications to Showing Suite?

Steps to set a rule to forward Supra showing notification emails may vary depending on what email client you use. Since there are so many email clients available, we've provided the instructions for the most popular email clients used by Showing Suite members.

Outlook 

  1. Click Tools in the top menu bar.
  2. Select Rules and Alerts from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the New Rule... button.
  4. Select Start from a blank rule and hit Next >.
  5. On Step 1: Which condition(s) do you want to check? check the following options:
    1. From people or distribution list
  6. In the box below, Step 2: Edit the rule description:
    1. Click the dark blue People or distribution list link.
    2. In the From-> field at the bottom of the dialog pop-up, enter ShowingValue.UnmonitoredMailbox@ge.com.
    3. Click OK.
  7. Hit Next >.
  8. In Step 1: Select action(s).
    1. Check the forward it to people or distribution list.
  9. In the box below, Step 2: Edit the rule description: (click an underlined value):
    1. Click people or distribution list link.
    2. In the To-> field at the bottom of the dialog pop-up, enter lockbox@showingsuite.com.
    3. Hit OK.
  10. Hit Finish
  11. Make sure the rule you just created is checked and hit Apply.
