Can I edit the showing calendar appointment settings for a listing?

You can customize the calendar settings for each listing by following the steps below.

  1. Select Calendar from the top navigation menu.
  2. Hover over the Actions button for the desired listing and select Edit Listing's Calendar Settings.
  3. Change the settings to the desired preferences.
  4. Press Save or Finish when done.

The settings that can be adjusted for a listing's showing calendar include:

  • Appointment Approval Preferences:
    • Both Seller and Listing Agent Need to Approve (DEFAULT) - you and the listing seller will receive an email with the option to approve or deny every showing appointment a prospect schedules on the calendar.
    • Only Seller Needs to Approve - only the seller will receive an email with the option to approve or deny every showing appointment a prospect schedules on the calendar.
    • Only Listing Agent Needs to Approve - only you (listing agent) will receive an email with the option to approve or deny every showing appointment a prospect schedules on the calendar.
    • Neither Need to Approve - all scheduled showings are automatically approved.
  • Showing Appointment Duration:
    • 30 mins (DEFAULT)
    • 60 mins
    • 90 mins
    • 120 mins
  • Early Appointment Warning Preferences: If a prospect attempts to schedule a showing on the calendar on an early timeslot the system will warn that there may not be enough time to get full showing approval.
    • Pop-up if only not vacant (DEFAULT)
    • Always pop-up
    • Never pop-up
  • Whether to Allow Multiple Showings [for the same date/time]:
    • Yes
    • No
  • Appointment Reminders [for seller, showing agent, or you (listing agent)]
    • 1 hr before
    • 2 hrs
    • 3 hrs
    • etc..
