How do I disable the automatic customer satisfaction surveys?

**This applies to individual agent accounts**

Follow the instructions below to disable the automatic customer satisfaction surveys sent to sellers once their property is marked sold or when buyer contacts are added to the "Buyer Closed Escrow" contact group.

  1. Select the Settings tab from the top navigation.
  2. Choose the View/Edit Survey Settings option from the green drop-down menu.
  3. Under the Default Survey Settings section you can disable/enable the following options:
    1.  Automatically send Sellers a survey after their listing closes escrow.
    2. Automatically send Buyers a survey after they close escrow.
  4. Press Save at the bottom of the page.
