Listing Sync says successful but hasn't imported my listings


If you have looked under the “Listing Sync Settings” in your account and see the sync was recently successful but has not imported your listings, this could mean a few different things. The successful message is indicating that our software was able to successfully sync with the MLS board but does not necessarily indicate that your listings have been imported.

Listings not being imported into your account can be caused by a few different things. Please see below:

  • The incorrect MLS board has been selected. - To correct this verify in your account that you have selected the Correct MLS board.
  • The MLS office and agent code do not match the data we are receiving from the MLS. - To correct this contact your Broker or MLS board to confirm you are using the correct MLS office and agent ID.
  • The MLS board has not yet updated their data feed to include your listings. - In this case we have to give the MLS board time to update their data feed with new information.
  • The listings are co-listed with another agent as the primary listing agent – To correct this you would want to re-list the property in the MLS as the primary agent, or manually add the listing to your account. Please click here for information on manually adding a listing.
