How do I print out the statistical report for a listing?

Follow the steps below to print the statistical reports for a listing –

  1. Select Listings, Showings or Calendar from the top tabs.
  2. Find the listing you wish to view the statistical report for; you can use the blue search bar at the top of the page to quickly find the desired listing.
  3. Under the Showing Actions column for the desired listing and select View Statistical Report.
  4. Here you will see the feedback stat reports for each feedback template, and you also have the option to filter your report by date. Select the desired template from the left hand side, and select "Print Stats" from the drop down menu and press "Go".
  5. A new window will popup and the page will have been sent to the printer. Press Print.

The second option to print out a statistical report for a listing -

  1. Select Listings, Showings or Calendar from the top tabs.
  2. Find the listing you wish to view the statistical report for; you can use the blue search bar at the top of the page to quickly find the desired listing.
  3. Hover over the Showing Actions button for the desired listing and select Print Statistical Report.

     

  4. A new window will popup and the page will have been sent to the printer. Press Print.
