What is the Monday Coffee Showing Suite Account Activity Report?

At the beginning of each week, the system will send you a summary of all your account activity for the past 7 days. This report will include a summary of listing activity, current listings, showing and feedback activity, follow up activity and customer survey activity. These reporting features will make it even easier to follow up with any additonal steps that are required within your account.

This report is optional and can be disabled by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of the email. This feature can can be enabled again in the future by following the steps below.

  1. Click on the "Settings" tab while logged into Showing Suite
  2. Hover over the green button and select "View/Edit Monday Coffee Report Settings"
  3. Select the option to enable or disable the Monday Coffee Report
  4. Save your changes.
