Why am I having trouble loading the pages on Showing Suite?

Troubleshooting Page Load Issues with Showing Suite

If you're experiencing page loading issues within your Showing Suite account, we do advise you to clear your browser’s cookies and cache, as there may be some old Showing Suite data saved in your browser that needs to be removed. In order to clear the cookies, you must follow these steps depending on your web browser:

 

If you are using Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the Internet Explorer browser.
  2. Click on Tools, then click on Internet Options.
  3. Click on Delete in the Browsing History Tab, making sure there is a check next to Cookies and Temporary Internet Files.
  4. After you have done that, close Internet Explorer, reopen the browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. Click on Tools, then click on Clear Recent History (make sure Cookies and Cache are selected).
  3. Make sure the time range is set to "Everything", then click Clear Now.
  4. After you have done that, close Mozilla Firefox, reopen the browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using Google Chrome:

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Select the tool "Wrench" button on the right side of your address URL bar.
  3. When that menu pops up, go to the Tools submenu and select Clear browsing data... and it will open an Options tab and the Clear Browsing Data box.
  4. On Obliterate the following items from: Select the "beginning of time" and click on "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data".
  5. After you have done that, close Google Chrome, reopen the browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using Apple Safari on Mac OSX 10.5:

  1. Open the Apple Safari browser on your Mac.
  2. Click on the Safari menu (next to the Apple Logo), and choose to Reset Safari.
  3. A window will pop up with a check list of things to clear out and reset your Safari browser and ask you "Are sure you want to reset Safari?"
  4. When you click Reset, all of the items check marked on the list will be cleared. Please make sure that you have selected “Remove All Website Data”.
  5. After you have done that, close Safari, reopen the browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using Apple Safari on Windows:

  1. Open the Apple Safari browser in Windows.
  2. Click on the menu button with the gear symbol on it and choose to Reset Safari.
  3. A window will pop up with a check list of things to clear out and reset your Safari browser and ask you "Are sure you want to reset Safari?"
  4. When you click Reset, all of the items check marked on the list will be cleared. Please make sure that you have selected “Remove All Website Data”.
  5. After you have done that, close Safari, reopen the browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using an Apple iPad:

  1. On the home screen of your iPad, choose Settings.
  2. Choose Safari on the left side. On the right side you’ll find the option to Clear Cache and Clear Cookies. You can also choose to clear your iPad history, too, if needed.
  3. Click these two options to Clear Cache and Cookies, and reopen the Safari browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using an Apple iPhone:

  1. On the home screen of your iPhone, choose Settings.
  2. Choose Safari on the Settings menu. On the next page, you’ll find the option to Clear Cache and Clear Cookies. You can also choose to clear your iPhone history, too, if needed.
  3. Click these two options to Clear Cache and Cookies, and reopen the Safari browser and log-in again.

 

If you are using an Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) OS Tablet (Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab, etc.):

  1. From your Applications menu, open the Browser application.
  2. Tap the Menu button located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Privacy & Security on the left pane.
  4. Tap Clear cache and also select Clear all Cookie data.
  5. Confirm your selection by tapping OK.

 

If you are using an Android OS mobile phone:

  1. From your Applications menu, open the Browser application.
  2. Select the Menu key on your Android device (this should be the first button on the bottom-left of your device).
  3. Select More from the menu options on your Browser.
  4. Select Settings.
  5. On the next page, select Clear cache, and also select Clear all Cookie data, and press OK.
