Why do I see "Null" in my listing information?

If your listings are showing the word "Null" in the property details, this could be caused by an empty space in the information field. You can correct this issue following the steps below:

  • Click on the Listings tab while logged into the account
  • Use the search box to locate the listing by MLS id number or address
  • Use the yellow Listing Actions button to select View/Edit Listing Details
  • On the next page clear out any fields that have the word "Null" and double check that any other empty fields do not include any blank spaces.
  • Save your changes.
