What is the Prospects report and how do I run it?

If you want to view all of the prospects that have been added to the account you can do so with the Prospects report. You will see all of the unassigned and assigned inquires that have been logged inside the system.

Follow the steps below to run the report:

  1. Select Reporting from the top navigation bar and select Prospects from the sub-menu.
  2. Change the Date Range Filter to the time frame you want to run the report for.
  3. Click on Unassigned Inquires or Assigned Inquiries to expand the view and see the full details.
