What is the SnapShot report and how do I run it?

The snapshot report provides a high-level look at your account so you can easily monitor all of the activity in your office and/or team. When you run the snapshot report on your account you can see the following information:

  • # of new listings
  • Avg. days on market (active)
  • Avg. days on market (to pending)
  • # of feedback responses collected
  • What listings are expiring within the next 21 days
  • What pricing changes have occurred 
  • Any status changes that have occurred for your properties
  • All of your listings in the account
  • All of the showings logged in the system
  • All of the calls logged in the system
  • All ad calls logged in the system

Follow the instructions below to run the Snapshot report on your office (or team) account:

  1. Select the Reporting tab in the top navigation
  2. By default you will land on the Snapshot report
  3. Select what dates you want to run the report on in the Date Range Filter
  4. Press the Filter button
  5. Review the report results - you can select the Expiring Next 21 days, Price Changes, or other views of your choice to expand the window and view the results.
