Follow these steps to add notes to a contact in your contact list:
- Select the Contacts tab in the top navigation menu.
- Select the desired contact from the address book; you can use the blue search bar to quickly locate the contact.
- Hover over Actions and select View/Edit Notes from the drop-down menu for the desired contact.
- Select the desired date from the calendar in the drop-down to the right of Date.
- Add your note in the Note box below the date.
- Click Save when done.
