What is the "My Templates" section?
My Templates are email templates you may save and use in future campaigns, property flyers, newsletters, and e-cards.
A template can be added to the My Templates section by checking the Save to My Templates option whenever you are creating a newsletter, property flyer, campaign, or e-card.
If you have existing custom templates to load into the system, we suggest creating an e-mail campaign and loading all of your custom email templates by adding an email to the campaign for each template. You can choose to add a blank template and copy and paste your HTML into the editor.
To view or edit the custom templates you've saved already, follow the steps below:
- Click Followup in the top menu.
- Select My Templates from the drop-down menu.
- Hover over the Actions drop-down for any of your templates for the following options:
- Preview
- Edit Template
- Delete
