What are the default emails and when are they sent?

To see and edit the default emails sent by the system just click Settings and select View / Edit Default Emails. All of the system notification emails (outside of the feedback request emails) will be listed here and can either be previewed or edited.

Here is a list of all of the default emails sent by Showing Suite (in alphabetical order):

Sent to the seller once a showing appointment has been approved.

Appointment All Confirmed Showing Agent

Sent to the showing agent to confirm their appointment is approved.

Appointment Cancelled Seller

Sent to the seller to notify them of a canceled (or denied) showing.

Appointment Cancelled Showing Agent

Sent to the showing agent confirming a showing has been canceled (or denied).

Sent to the seller to approve or deny a requested showing appointment.

Appointment New Seller

Sent to the seller to notify that a showing was scheduled.
