Additional Listing Options

There are additional options available for each of your listings to help track and maintain listing activity. These options have been outlined below.

View/Edit Listing Documents: Upload documents that may be relevant to the listing (agreements, disclosures, etc). You can select whether or not the document is visible to the seller in their own private account.

    To upload a document:

  • Enter a name for the document.
  • Click the Browse...button.
  • Locate the file you wish to upload (PDF or Doc files only).
  • Click the file of choice and press Open in th dialog box.
  • Press Upload.

View/Edit Marketing Notes: Add comments you wish to be visible in your seller account and select to email the new comment to your seller if desired.

    To add a new note:

  • Enter the note content into the Note box.
  • Check whether you want the note to be hidden from the seller.
  • Check whether you want the seller to be sent a copy of the note.
  • Press Save when done.

View/Edit Instructions & Directions: Enter instructions and direction details for the listing.

  • Enter showing instructions that will be included in the confirmation email of any scheduled showings.
  • Enter listing directions to assist the showing agent in locating the property.

View/Edit Tasks: Enter any listing tasks and select whether you want it to be visible to the seller and/or emailed to them when completed.

    To add a new task:

  • Enter the task description into the Task field.
  • Click inside the Due Date field to select the date that the task is due on. (Note: Do not set the Completed date until the task has been done.)
  • Select how many days before the due date you want to receive email reminders from the system (optional).
  • Check whether you want the task to be hidden from the seller.
  • Check whether you want the seller to be emailed once the task is finished.

View the Checklist of what you have done and make any changes necessary to any of the steps above


Press Finish to return to the Listings page.
