Time Frame Before Showings Appear (SENTRILOCK)

For our SentriLock lockbox users, ShowingSuite.com is only able to sync up showing activity once an agent has updated their SentriCard with their SentriLock system. Once the agent has updated their card the showing activity is then posted in the lockbox log allowing our system to sync and begin the request process for you.

To help gather feedback requests sync as quickly as possible, SentriLock has enabled their lockboxes to also register the last 3 agents to access the lockbox to the agent's card when they have opened up the box. Then, once the agent has updated their card, the previous 3 showings will also register if the other agents have not yet updated their SentriCards. This is a great feature from SentriLock, as it will ensure your showings are updated as quickly as possible for feedback requests.
