I'm having trouble with Listing Sync, what do I do?

If your listings are not importing through Listing Sync or you are experiencing another issue with your Listings, then you should complete the following steps:

  1. Verify that you have entered the correct Office Code and Agent Code into the system. To check the codes, follow these steps below:
    • Select the Settings tab from the top navigation and select the View/Edit Listing Sync Settings from the green drop-down menu.
    • Check the Office Code and Agent Code on the page to make sure it is correct.
  2. Showing Suite support staff advises you to read the help desk article entitled How Do I Setup Listing Sync? to troubleshoot your issues as well.
  3. If the previous suggestions do not correct your issue, please Contact us with the name of your MLS and a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing, as well as example MLS IDs that should be imported into the Showing Suite account, so we can investigate your issue.
