Help: I don't see my listing(s).

Have you set up Listing Sync on your account?

In order to sync your listings, we will need your MLS, office code, and agent code. You can enter this information by clicking the ‘Settings' link in the top right of your account and selecting View/Edit Listing Sync Settings from the green drop-down menu.

If you are a part of the following MLS's, then Showing Suite utilizes a direct feed and no additional setup steps are required aside from setting up the Listing Sync Settings in Showing Suite.

 

  • Northwest MLS - NWMLS
  • Austin Board of Realtors - ABOR/ACTRIS
  • Southern Missouri MLS - SOMO
  • East Central South Dakota - ECBOR
  • Greater Tyler Association of Realtors - GTAR
  • Indiana Regional MLS - IRMLS
  • Ozark Gateway Association of Realtors

 

How long does it take for my listings to populate inside my account?

Please note that it can take up to 48-72 business hours for your listings to appear or be updated inside your Showing Suite account.

Here's an example of a scenario where it takes over 48 hours for a listing to show in your account: You update your listing data on January 15th at 8 AM. The MLS generates the daily batch of data for export to RealtySoft at 5 AM, so the changes wouldn't be received by RealtySoft until January 16th at 5 AM. 

RealtySoft processes the data for this specific MLS at 3 AM, so the update wouldn't be processed until January 17th at 3 AM. The updates would then become available by 4 AM on Jan 17th. However, Listing Sync is run at night to sync listings from RealtySoft, so the changes would not be reflected until the night of January 17th at the earliest or until the morning of January 18th when the process is complete.
