Why can’t I send out a feedback request?

Feedback requests and the ability to send them and receive the feedback response is only available with our paid Ultimate accounts.

This feedback is vital to getting your listings sold faster, and for the best possible price. We highly suggest if you cannot send out feedback requests to buyer agents that do visit your properties, that you upgrade your account to an Ultimate Showing Suite account, and make use of our full suite of features.
