Can I be emailed whenever showings are imported?

You can set your preferences to receive email notifications whenever showings are imported into your account via Showing Sync. The notices can be sent to both you and your sellers.

Follow the steps below to edit your Showing Sync notification settings --

1. Select Settings from the top navigation menu then select View/Edit Showing Sync settings from the submenu.
--or--
Select Showing Suite from the top navigation and select General Settings.

2. Under the Notification Preferences, check the box next to Notify Seller via email when new showings are imported (if you want your sellers to receive notices when showings are imported).
3. If you wish to be notified whenever Showing Sync imports showings, check the box next to Notify me via email when new showings are imported
4. Press Save when you're done.
