Can I set up showing instructions to be sent out on appointments to scheduling agents?

Showing Instructions are automatically added to Showing Suite from your MLS details. If you'd like to add additional instructions or edit existing instructions you can follow these directions.

  1. Log into your MLS.
  2. Navigate to listing maintenance or listing add/edit.
  3. Edit the Showing Instructions field.
  4. Save changes.

These changes will now appear in the Showing Itinerary email that is sent to showing agents after an appointment is confirmed. They will also appear on the calendar page when agents are scheduling an appointment.

Effective July 24th 2022, Showing Suite will no longer be accessible.
